Full leather album of Colonel Fred Lance, measuring 300x245mm, in need of rebinding. The album contains mounted prints (and three loose prints) the majority with handwritten captions. Ink captions are contemporary, pencil captions were added by Col Haswell-Miller in May 1962. There are also seven caricature drawings between prints 75-76. The photographs consist of portraits and topographical views. The portraits are mainly of Indian Army officers including an early group of Addiscombe cadets, groups of senior officers, Viceroy's Council, Punjab Cavalry officers. Views are mainly in the Punjab and NWFP.
