Collection of loose prints. The majority are views in Assam and Arunachal Pradesh including studies of Abors; police work; political officers in the field; topographical views; views at the North East Frontier and rural life.

There are also portraits of Burmese Police officers on duty during the Second World War. The majority of photographs are by John Howard Fry Williams, MBE, who served in the Indian Police (Assam), 1935-47. The copyright is claimed by The Indian Police (UK) Association.
