Full leather bound album measuring 284 x 380 mm, elaborately decorated with tooling and designs in gold leaf, with an unidentified coat of arms in the centre of the front cover. This coat of arms is similar to that of the ruling family of Gwalior, although there appear to be differences in the supporters, whcih are described as wolves in Robert Taylor's 'The Princely Armory' (Calcutta, 1902), but are here depicted as some kind of mythical animal. The leather border on the inside back cover is stamped 'F. G. 1914'. The album contains 28 uncaptioned views, mainly of the Kaliyadeh Mahal at Ujjain, and possibly other structures in the area.
