Collection of loose photographs in two parts (Photo 1155/1-2), mainly documenting official engagements undertaken by Sir Eric Alexander Franklin in Pakistan and Jordan.
Sir Eric Alexander Franklin (1910-1996) served in the Indian Civil Service (Burma) 1935-48 and was in Pakistan Government Service 1949-58. He later served as advisor on the civil services of Sudan 1958-59, Jordan 1960-63 and Nepal 1964-66.
