Scope & Content:

Collection of 100 stereoscopic views of Burma, originally housed in a red cloth false-book box. The stereographs are mounted on stout grey card, with caption and photographer's credit on the front. The cards also have a copyright declaration in favour of the Stereo Travel Co., all dated 1908, apart from print 91, which is copyrighted 1898 (possibly in error?).

A general announcement for the Stereo-Travel Tour, dated April 1913, is pasted into the front of the box and the Burmese series is listed as already published by this date. The advertisement highlights the benefits of collecting the series:
