Collection of 17 loose albumen prints, each measuring approximately 300x250mm, captioned in pencil on the reverse, showing locations in Lucknow and Cawnpore (Kanpur) relating top events in the Indian Mutiny. From the collection of Sir Edward Bosc Sladen. The prints exhibit overall yellowing, but are generally in fair condition, although they have been folded in half lengthwise at some period and all have a dark stain from some liquid in the bottom right-hand corner.
