Black full-leather bound photograph album measuring 315 x 422 mm, stamped 'Siège de Paris 1871' in gilt on front cover, containing 35 albumen print views mounted one to a page (recto only), captioned either in the negative or in pencil on the back of the mount. The photographer's wet stamp, reading 'Photographie Langerock 29 Bould. des Italiens', appears on several of the mounts. The photographs are of buildings damaged or destroyed during the Commune of 1871.
