Scope & Content:

Quarter bound folio volume, red buckram boards, with coat of arms in gilt on upper and lower boards (British Museum binding), measuring 590 x 458 mm, and containing 25 topographical albumen print views of the Tyrol, mounted on card pre-printed with with photographer credit, coats of arms and a decorative cartouche, within which letterpress caption labels for the individual prints have been pasted. The style of the volume and the print mounts is uniform with Maps 2.e.29.
