Scope & Content:: Collection of 60 albumen print studies of casts of architectural and sculptural subjects in the collection of the Royal Architectural Museum, Westminster, mounted one to a page (recto only) on light card and bound as a green cloth volume measuring 375 x 266 mm, lettered 'Architectural Photographs' in gilt on the front cover and spine. A printed list of most of the photographs included in the volume is laid down on the front pastedown and the captions used here have been composed from this information. This listing also states that the series received an award at the Vienna Exhibition (of 1872) and the photographs were presumably taken around this time.
