Quarto volume in maroon buckram, measuring 329 x 260 mm, stamped 'Delaroche-Album' in gilt within decorative borders on front board, with decoration stamped in blind on rear board. The volume contains 21 pp. of introductory text, followed by 10 photographic reproductions (mainly from engravings) of the work of Paul Delaroche, mounted one to a page within tinted borders on card mounts, with lithographed titles in German, French, English and Russian printed beneath each image.
