Large folio, bound in half-leather and green cloth, measuring 700 x 550 mm; pp. 30, followed by 12 albumen prints, mounted on card one to a page (recto only) within tinted borders and with lithographed captions and photographer and publisher credits beneath each image. The three parts of the work, comprising a total of 41 prints, are bound in a single volume: it appears that no further parts were published and that the promise of 200 plates, advertised on the titlepage, was not fulfilled.
