Quarter leather and buckram bound octavo volume (British Museum binding), measuring 232 x 178 mm, containing 24 albumen print portraits mounted on thin card, with an accompanying letterpress biographical notice of each sitter. The series, like the preceding volume, was issued in parts, although this volume includes an overall titlepage and index of sitters. Bound in with volume 1.
