Quarto, measuring 202 x 162 mm, original maroon cloth binding, with decoration in gilt on upper and lower boards; edges gilt; pp. xi, [1], 192, 12; with 8 albumen print views, mounted one to a page with letterpress captions beneath each image, of Lake District scenes associated with Wordsworth's poetry. A number of the views are the same as those published in the first edition of 1864 (see shelfmark 1347.f.21) and the third edition of 1868 (see shelfmark RB.23.a.23292). The British Library does not hold the second edition of 1867.
