Bilingual Manchu-Chinese patent of Jaiqing 14 (1809) awarding posthumous honours to the parents of Haišeng (ᡥᠠᠢᠢᡧᡝᡢ) / Haisheng (海昇), who was the Halhūn be jailara gurung ni nirui janggin (ᡥᠠᠯᡥᡡᠨ ᠪᡝ ᠵᠠᠢᠢᠯᠠᠷᠠ ᡤᡠᠷᡠᡢ ᠨᠢ ᠨᠢᠷᡠᠢ ᠵᠠᡢᡤᡞᠨ) / Rehe zuo ling (熱河佐領). His father becomes Horon be iletulehe janggin (ᡥᠥᠷᠥᠨ ᠪᡝ ᡳᠯᡝᡨᡠᠯᡝᡥᡝ ᠵᠠᡢᡤᡳᠨ) / Zhao wu du wei (昭武都尉); his mother becomes Gingguji hehe (ᡤᡞᡢᡤᡠᠵᡞ ᡥᡝᡥᡝ) / Gong ren (恭人).
Dated Jiaqing 14th year, 1st month, 1st day 嘉慶十四年正月初一日 (14 February 1809).
Bears two red imperial seals in Manchu and Chinese that read: Hesei wasimbure boobai (ᡥᡝᠰᡝ ᠸᠠᠰᡳᠮᠪᡠᡵᡝ ᠪᠣᠣᠪᠠᡳ) [Manchu] / Zhi gao zhi bao (制誥之寳) [Chinese].
