Bilingual Manchu-Chinese in which the Jiaqing Emperor awards posthumous titles to the parents of the Aliyara aisilakū hafan (ᠠᠯᠢᠶᠠᠷᠠ ᠠᠢᠢᠰᡞᠯᠠᡣᡡ ᡥᠠᡶᠠᠨ) / Hou xuan yuan wai lang (候選員外郎), Li Lide (李立德). His father, Li Quan (李銓), becomes Tušan kicehe daifan (ᡨᡠᡧᠠᠨ ᡣᡞᠴᡝᡥᡝ ᡩᠠᠢᠢᡫᠠᠨ) / Chao Yi dai fu (朝議大夫); his mother, Zhang (張), becomes Gingguji hehe (ᡤᡞᡢᡤᡠᠵᡞ ᡥᡝᡥᡝ) / Gongren (恭人).
Dated Jiaqing 11th year, 12th month, 12th day (20 Jan 1807).
Bears two imperial seals in Manchu and Chinese that read: Hese wasimbure boobai (ᡥᡝᠰᡝ ᠸᠠᠰᡳᠮᠪᡠᡵᡝ ᠪᠣᠣᠪᠠᡳ) [Manchu] / Zhi gao zhi bao (制誥之寳) [Chinese].
Title slip reads: Hou xuan yuan wai lang jia er ji Li Lide zhi ben sheng fu mu 候選員外郎加二級李立德之本生父母.
On wrapper: "Bibliothèque de Palais d'Été, Manuscrit Chinois, Mandchou, Tartare et Thibétain. 16 siècle." [Incorrect].
Note with manuscript reads: "Imperial Roll or Patent elevating to the 2nd degree of official rank the father and mother of Le-Leih-tih, a meritorious public officer - conferring posthumous honours on his parents dated in the 11th year of Keaking AD 1806."
