The work is arranged according to the order of the biblical books, with frequent renderings in Yiddish. The books are treated in the following order: Genesis, folio 1r; Exodus, folio 16r; Leviticus, folio 27v; Numbers, folio 33v; Deuteronomy, folio 42r; Song of Songs, folio 54r; Ruth, folio 58r; Lamentations, folio 59r; Ecclesiastes, folio 63v; Esther, folio 68r; Joshua, folio 71r; Judges, folio 75v; Samuel, folio 84v; Kings, folio 102v; Jeremiah, folio 116r; Ezekiel, folio 134r; Isaiah, folio 153v; Minor Prophets, folio 194v; Psalms, folio 224r; Proverbs, folio 272r; Job, folio 288r; Daniel, folio 312r; Ezra-Nehemiah, folio 338v (incomplete); Chronicles, folio 360r (incomplete).

In the prohetical books, the haftarot are indicated in the margin. The renderings of the Targum are often given.
