ff. 1r-26vTitle: Pinḳas Ḥevrat raḥamim be-ManṭovahTitle: פנקס חברת רחמים במנטובהThe rules of a society called Ḥevrat raḥamim, founded in 1578 in Mantua (folios 1v-14r), with the addition of resolutions subsequently passed by the society (folios 14v-22v).
Folios 23r-26r contain a table of contents of the different parts of the manuscript.

Giuseppe Almanzi (b. 1801, d. 1860), bibliophile; his manuscript no. 8; his library including 322 medieval Hebrew manuscripts were purchased en bloc by the British Museum in October 1865 for £1,000 through Asher & Co., Berlin bookseller and dealer to the British Museum: inscribed, back flyleaf (i)v.
