Folios 204v-206v contain an addition to he novellae on Pereḳ kol ha-basar, and folios 206v-210v are an addition to Pereḳ ṭerafot.
The original heading as written down by the scribe: Ḥidushe ha-rav Rabenu Nisim z"l mi-masekhet Ḥulin, but Ha-Ramban was substituted for Rabenu Nisim by a later hand.

Giuseppe Almanzi (b. 1801, d. 1860), bibliophile; his manuscript no. 131: his library including 322 medieval Hebrew manuscripts were purchased en bloc by the British Museum in October 1865 for £1,000 through Asher & Co., Berlin dealer to the British Museum (see [Paisey_1997] 131-153): inscribed, back flyleaf (ii)v.
