ff. 1r-181vTitle: Otsrot ḤayimTitle: אוצרות חייםContains additions and glosses by Moses ben Mordecai Zacuto (marked as Kol Rama"z), Beyamin ha-Kohen and Nathan ben Reuben Shapira. The heading on folio 1 suggest that the work was written by a student of Nathan Shapira.
Prefixed are: Madregot Shem, folios 1v-2r; Moses Zacuto's note on the ten sefirot, folio 2v; Seder ha-orot, folios 3v-4r; Ilan sefirot, folios 5v-6r; Arikh anpin, folio 7r; responsa of Moses Zacuto, folios 8r-23v.
Appended are additional teachings from the school of Ḥayim Vital, folios 168r-181v.

Giuseppe Almanzi (b. 1801, d. 1860), bibliophile; his manuscript no. 182: his library including 322 medieval Hebrew manuscripts were purchased en bloc by the British Museum in October 1865 for £1,000 through Asher & Co., Berlin dealer to the British Museum (see [Paisey_1997] 131-153): inscribed, back flyleaf (ii)v.
