On folio 161v, underneath the author's colophon with the date 1454 as the year of work's composition, there is a record of sale of the manuscripts, dated 1458.

Folios 1r-5r are occupied with the table of contents.

Folio 5v contains some complimentary lines on the author by Joseph Zarka, the author of Ba῾al lashon and Rav pe῾alim.

Colophon: וזה הספר ככללו נכלל ב"ב חלקים וי"א שערים וקכ"ב פרקים וקל"ח סימנים. ונשלם מה שהגבלנו בזה הספר מזאת המלאכה בי"ח באלול רי"ד י"ך[?] וישת' שם האל לעד ולנצח נצחים אמן. f. 161v
