ff. 1r-137vTitle: ῾Efer Ya῾aḳovTitle: עפר יעקבEmbodies decisions of other Italian scholars of the 17th century. The entire number of decisions is 84.
Folios 1r-4v contain an enumeration of the responses embodied in the volume. The work itself is prefaced by an autobiographical epistle addressed by Nathanael Segrè to Abraham Rovigo of Modena. Folios 8r-9r contain a poem, showing an acrostic with the author's name.

Giuseppe Almanzi (b. 1801, d. 1860), bibliophile; his manuscript no. 234; his library including 322 medieval Hebrew manuscripts were purchased en bloc by the British Museum in October 1865 for £1,000 through Asher & Co., Berlin bookseller and dealer to the British Museum: inscribed, back flyleaf (ii)v.
