ff. 1r-128vTitle: Refu᾿otTitle: רפואותTwo treatises based on Mesue the elder's works. The first treatise deals with 64 simple medicaments (imperfect at the beginning, folio 2r), and the second with compound medicaments (folio 52r).
The headings of the chapters do not entirely tally with the list given at the beginning of the manuscript.
Colophon: נשלם יום חמישי שני ימים לחדש מרחשון שנת רנ"ב ליצירה במדינת טירואיל. f. 128vff. 129r-159vTitle: AntidotariumTitle: אנטידוטריוםIn the Hebrew translation of Ya῾aḳov Ḳatan, with the translator's preface.
The work contains 104 entries, marked by a later hand in ordinary figures in the margin, ending on folio 148v. A number of additional paragraphs follow, the last being numbered 170. The medicaments are not arranged alphabetically in the present manuscript.
The recipes, etc., were written by later hands on folios 156v-159v. There are also here and there marginal additions in the body of the manuscript.
