Yehudah ben Menaḥem: inscribedon ff. 2v, 37v: זה הספר שלי יהודה בכ"ר מנחם רביצי.
Erased calligraphic signature on f. 2v.
Acquired from Fischl Hirsh (d. 1899): bookseller; acquisition note on back flyleaf (ii)v: 'Bought of Fischl Hirsch. 12 Septr. 1872.'; date of accession October 1872.
