Main Hebrew text of Genesis and Exodus written in 12-13 lines, accompanied with translation arranged in 26 lines. The first section of the mansucript, being a Hebrew grammar (ספר אלתיגאן), is arranged in two columns, with a catchwork at the end of each column (except modern addition on folios 1-3, which is written in one column).
Some marginal masoretic notes.
Subdivision of the weekly sections marked with Hebrew letters in the margins, but two other types of subdivision also indicated.
A masoretic statement indicating the number of verses at the end of each pericope.
A rubric giving the number of verses together with the numbers of the open and closed sections given at the end of each book.

Square and semi-cursive Yemenite handwriting executed by several hands; some additions are much later than the whole manuscript (folios 1-3).
