In the Pentateuch, the beginning of a weekly section is usually indicated in the margin by the word פרש enclosed within a pen and ink design.

Part of the verses is punctuated and accentuated.
Parts of the Arabic translation is written in red ink.
Some masoretic notes are marked in the margin.
