Folios 26v-28r contain matter relating to the calendar, in a later hand.

In the colophon, the name of the scribe and the date are no longer legible. Perhaps the scribe was an earlier member of the family to which the scribe of Or 2349 belonged.

Edge losses to damp/mould throughout, but repaired before rebinding.

Damp/mould stains at edges; usage stains.

A number of masoretic notes and marks at the end of each books. Centre-marks and middle verses marked.

Folios 2v-3r: masoretic notes in the form of ornamental designs.
