Appended is Benjamin Kennicott's description of the manuscript, and a letter to the former owner of the manuscript, Mr Simpson, who agreed to lend it to Kennicott (dated at Oxford, March 4, 1770, primarily addressed to the Reverend Dr Cooper, President of King's College, New York, America).
