Book One of the Canon of Avicenna in Hebrew translation of Natan ha-Me῾ati.

The entire number of chapters in the book is 263, as against 264 in the standard printed edition.

The work begins with the translator's preface.

Blanks in the text have been sometimes filled in by a later hand, and there are besides a number of later corrections and additions in the margin.
