Title in the manuscript: "What I collected and compiled and mostly heard from the mouth of the Rabbi […] Tzvi chief of the court of the holy community ofGlogau, and from the mouth of his son.. Yehudah Libesh chief of the court of the holy community of Komarno [..] I am the youngest among their desciples - Me'ir of Glogau".
Includes also novellae by others. Among them are Rabbi Yosef chief of the court of the community ofPoznan(פוזנא) (f. 48v), and David Sender the scribe of the court of the community of Kepno (קעמפנא).
