Purchased by the British Museum from Hen. Bohn, 26 September 1840: inscribed (flyleaf [iii]v); probablyHenry George Bohn (b. 1796, d. 1884), translator and publisher. Bought by the British Museum, using theBridgewater fund (£12,000 bequeathed in 1829 by , 8th Earl of Bridgewater (b. 1756, d. 1829).
