A bilingual Manchu-Chinese copy of the 'Sutra of the Fundamental Vows of the Bodhisattva Kṣitigarbha'. In the absence of Sanskrit manuscripts of this sutra, the Sanskrit title has been reconstructed as Kṣitigarbhabodhisattvapūrvapraṇidhānasūtra.
The Chinese text is Taishō Tripiṭaka number 412.
The Manchu title on the cover differs slightly, and reads: Na-i niyamangga fusa-i da forobun nomun (ᠨᠠ ᠢ ᠨᠢᠶᠠᠮᠠᡢᡤᠠ ᡶᡠᠰᠠ ᠢ ᡩᠠ ᡶᠥᠷᠥᠪᡠᠨ ᠨᠣᠮᡠᠨ)
