Copied from MS Parma 2460 (De-Rossi 221) and from MS Parma 2616 (De-Rossi 1234).
Yitshak Hirshenzohn, who is mentioned on the spine, was probably the first owner and copied the MS for himself.

Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 204: inscribed with his name (fol. 1r); purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924: inscribed on back flyleaf (xxii)v.
