The text appears to be a version of the Asatir. Chapter 2 (starts fol. 5r) holds the dreams of Adam and Chapter 3 (starts fol. 12r) is on Noah.
Marginal notes include the supplying of whole paragraphs in the margin.

The ruling would appear to result from the use of a 15-line mastara.
Hand(s)
Arabic and Samaritan scripts.
The scribe was either Meshalmah ben Murjan ben Ibrahim (1699-1738), or his father, Murjan ben Ibrahim, who also wrote into the early 18th century. Their hands are difficult to separate.
