Collation is indeterminable (too tight binding). Catchwords in each verso.

Smudged ink in places.

Various page layouts. Fols. 1v-90r and 134v-135r are in two columns, fols. 91v-134r are in 1-2 columns.
Red and black ink.
Fols. 91v-134r: text is framed in a red border.
The ruling is mixed in type including composite forms, with horizontal lines and justification margins, as well as folios with no horizontal ruling but which are framed to provide a text boundary.
