Collation
1 quire: i14-1. Fol. 1 was detached from the quire and it is currently glued to front flyleaf (iii).
Fols. 5-6 and back flyleaves (iii)-(iv) are two bifolia of a different type of paper.
Front flyleaf (iii) is a printer's waste (headed paper of the English Zionist Federation).
