Part B (1117B) is a series of four separate fragments of phylacteries, described by M. Gaster (Handlist) as Shem hamitfaresh, and by Shunnar (Katalogue Samaritanischer Handschriften) as 'Phylacteries'.

Part A: majuscule script; anonymous.
Part B: there is a name in this part: Joseph ben Ab [Zehuta?]h, but certainly in 19th-century script. Joseph's career spans the period 1765-1829. One of the hands in Part B is that of Salama ben Tabya, the priest, the scribe of Add MS 19695. His known career spans the years 1783-1848.
