Scope & Content:

Bilingual Manchu-Chinese patent of Qianlong 16 (1752) conferring honours upon the parents of Io Ci Šeng (ᠢᠣ ᠴᠢ ᡧᡝᡢ) / You Qisheng (尤起盛), who holds the position of Uju jergi hiya [...] nonggiha (ᡠᠵᡠ ᠵᡝᠷᡤᡞ ᡥᡞᠶᠠ [...] ᠨᠣᡢᡤᡞᡥᠠ) / Tou deng hu wei jia yi ji (頭等護衛加一級) [Officer of the Imperial Guard of the first rank]. His father is given the title Doro de tusa araha amban (ᡩᠣᠷᠣ ᡩᡝ ᡨᡠᠰᠠ ᠠᠷᠠᡥᠠ ᠠᠮᠪᠠᠨ) / Zi zheng dai fu (資政大夫), and his mother, born Liu (劉) is given the title Unenggi hehe (ᡠᠨᡝᡢᡤᡞ ᡥᡝᡥᡝ) / Fu ren (夫人).

Dated Qianlong 16th year, 11th month, 25th day 乾隆十六年十一月二十五日 (11 January 1752).

Bears two red imperial seals in Manchu and Chinese that read: Hese wasimbure boobai (ᡥᡝᠰᡝ ᠸᠠᠰᡳᠮᠪᡠᡵᡝ ᠪᠣᠣᠪᠠᡳ) [Manchu] / Zhi gao zhi bao 制誥之寳 [Chinese].
