Bilingual Manchu-Chinese imperial patent of Kangxi 14 (1676) conferring the title of Tušan de kicehe hafan (ᡨᡠᡧᠠᠨ ᡩᡝ ᡴᡞᠴᡝᡥᡝ ᡥᠠᡶᠠᠨ) / Wen lin lang (文林朗) upon Cangtsai (ᠴᠠᡢᡯᠠᡞ) / Changzai (常在), the Ba pin yin jiang da jia yi ji (八品銀匠大加一級). His wife, surnamed Jia (賈), is given the title Ruren (孺人).
This patent records the fact that prior to this promotion the recipient, Cangtsai (ᠴᠠᡢᡯᠠᡞ) / Changzai (常在), had been promoted one rank from nadaci jergi bithesi (ᠨᠠᡩᠠᠴᡞ ᠵᡝᠷᡤᡞ ᠪᡞᡨ᠌ᡥᡝᠰᡞ) / qi pin bi tie shi (七品筆帖式), to jakūci jergi dushure faksi (ᠵᠠᡴᡡᠴᠢ ᠵᡝᠷᡤᡞ ᡩᡠᠰᡥᡠᠷᡝ ᡶᠠᡴᠰᡞ) / ba pin yin jiang (八品銀匠).
Dated Kangxi 14th year, 12th month, 14th day 康熙十四年十二月十四日 (28 January 1676).
Bears two Manchu-Chinese imperial seals that read: Hesei tacibure boobai (ᡥᡝᠰᡝᡳ ᡨᠠᠴᡳᠪᡠᡵᡝ ᠪᠣᠣᠪᠠᡳ) [Manchu] / Chi ming zhi bao 敕命之寳 [Chinese].
