ff. 1r-54vTitle: מטה בנימיןTitle: Maṭeh BinyaminA collection of responsa and halakhical discourses by David ben Jacob Siriro (Serero). Probably identical with Ḥayim David Serero (1750-1826) rabbi and dayyan.
Included also a few responsa by Moses Castro and a halakhical note by Jacob Moses Casudella (fols. 34r-34v).
On fol. 36r a date is mentioned: Nisan 191 (should be 5591 = 1831 CE); on fol. 35v the town Livorno is mentioned.
Front flyleaf (iii)v: a list added by a later hand.

Paper codex of the 19th century.Form: codexMaterial: paperSupport:Extent: 54 folios (iv+54+xxi)Dimensions (leaf): 202 × 151 mm.Foliation:Foliation in Arabic numerals in pencil. Blank leaves in between and at the end of the work were previously foliated (thus originally 117 folios), but later foliation did not count them.
Fols. 1-19: additional foliation in Hebrew characters in pen counting also the blank leaves.
2 unfoliated modern paper flyleaves and 2 older paper flyleaves at the beginning and 19 unfoliated blank leaves and 2 modern unfoliated paper flyleaves at the end.
