Note about the author with different ink by a hand different from the scribe(?) on fol. 55v: "זה הספר חיבור הגאון הגדול המפורסם בדורו מהור"ר נתן דיין דק"ק אלטונא חתן אב"ד ור"מ מהור"ר יחזקאל נר"ו אב"ד ור"מ [...] מבית קצנאלנבויגין".

Burnt hole on fol. 11, 18 (the one on fol. 11 has been patched).

Running title on the top margins.
Some effort to create even left margins, but no ruling, and the lines are ascending in various degrees.
Corrections by crossing out the mistakes.
