Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 304, 551, 559: inscribed with his name of fols. 1r, 9v, 10r, 12v, 21r, 33r, 34v, 35r, 41v; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924: inscribed on front flyleaf (i)r; date of accession: 8 April 1929: inscribed on fol. 34v.
