Collation
A single quire of 12 leaves (including front flyleaf (ii) and back flyleaf (i)-(ii).
Catchword on every page.
Front flyleaf (i) and back flyleaf (ii) are one bifolium, which used to be the cover of the manuscript. It has M. Gaster's label: "סליחות על צרת הדבר 558".
Condition
Usage stains, water damage, faded to bottom.
Last folio is brittle.

Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 558: inscribed with his name on fols. 1r, 9v; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924; date of accession 8 April 1929: inscribed on fol. 9v.
