Fol. 1r: notes stating that the text is In honour of Rabbi Pinhas ben Matityahu, and his brother in law Eliyahu Ish Yemini and his son Matityahu.

Collation
A single quire of 16 leaves including front flyleaf (iii) and unfoliated leaf after fol. 14.
Catchword in every page.
Front flyleaf (ii) and back flyleaf (ii)constitute one bifolium and of decorated paper, perhaps used to be the cover of the MS.
Condition
Usage stains, folding lines at the corners.

Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 131; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924: inscribed on back flyleaf (iii)v; date of accession 21 September 1927: inscribed on fol. 14v.
