From fol. 3r Each verse is followed by a Ladino translation.

Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 180: inscribed with his name on fol. 25v; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924: inscribed on back flyleaf (ii)v; date of accession 30 January 1928: inscribed on back flyleaf (i)v.
