Parallel foliation in Arabic numerals in ink, beginning with 2 (=fol. 1), that is, a leaf must be missing from the beginning of the codex.
Collation
A single quire of 14 leaves. There are two narrow sheets around the quire as reinforcement, and there are two guards to hold the additional two parchment bifolia at the back.

Italian Hebrew cursive script with punctuation and Italian cursive script of the 18th-19th century.
Decoration
Additions:Two parchment leaves are added at the back foliated as fols. 12 and 13 containing the benediction after meals in presence of three or more diners. On fol. 12r: "נוסח ברכת הזימון". Fol. 12v is blank, fol. 13v has only the beginning of a Hebrew word 'nev[arekh]'. Both are written in square script. Fol. 12 is numbered as [C.G.] 1023b and probably was taken out from a binding, and fol. 13 is numberes as [C.G.] 1023a.
