Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 235: inscribed with his name on ff. 1r, 15v; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924; date of accession 15 February 1928: inscribed on back flyleaf (v)r.
