Condition
Usage stains, smudged ink, water damage.
Some leaves had to be reinforced.

The name of the parashiyot are written in the margin in the upper left corner (added by a later hand?).

On fol. 1r: 'No. 39', probably an old catalogue number added by a previous owner.
Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 126; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924: inscribed on back flyleaf (ix)v; date of accession 20 September 1927: inscribed on fol. 83v.
