70 membranes, with wooden rollers.
Condition
Roller handle broken but attached to scroll.
Very occasional stains, wax, etc.
Occasional and slight mould mottling on verso.
Ink flaky in places.

Ruling by hard point.
Visible pricking and stiching.
268 columns in total, three to five columns per membrane.
Three tagin on שעטנזגץ, and one on בדהיק, sometimes also ו and ח (which is occasionally arched).
Several instances of majuscular and minuscular letters.
Special shapes of the letter נ, פ and broken ו occur.
The "puncta extraordinaria" placed on the words fixed by masorah.
Wooden rollers (760mm high).

Presented to the British Museum by Solomon da Costa (1690-1769) on 2 June 1759: inscribed on verso, and on the wooden roller.
