After fol. 196, there are two leaves from a printed book inserted to the end of the text block. They may have been found in the previous binding. One of them is a fol. 195 from Mikhtave me-Eliyahu by Eliyahu Alfandari ( Constantinople, 1723); the other one is from Sefer Bene Yaakov by Jacob Sasson ben Israel (Constantinople, 1714).

Ownership inscription by Alfandari(?) on fol. 1r in a calligraphic form: "[...]אלפאנדארי".
Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 57; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924: inscribed on back flyleaf (i)v; date of accesion 20 July 1927: inscribed on fol. 196v.
