Fol. 1r: an earlier catalogue number(?) and the content of the MS in ink: 'No 5 פיר' רמב"ן על התורה ...'; front flyleaf (ii)v: 'No 10'

Ownership inscription dated 1567 (1878 SE) on fol. 220v: ביום שנח אבא [מ]ארי ונחל ע"ה יום עשירי בסיון היה שנת א'ת'ת'ע'ח' לשטרות ועל מעלתו [...] מקרא [...] ".

M. Gaster's note on fol. 220v: '19.5.94. M.G.'

Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 72; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924: inscribed on back flyleaf (i)v; date of accession 2 August 1927: inscribed on fol. 220v.
